The firm has operated in Australia since April 2003 when the Principal became a qualified Solicitor. The firm was established in Melbourne, Victoria, at that time.

However, the Principal has worked as a Business Consultant since February 2000 and prior to the firm inception. At that time, the Principal worked as an employee for KPMG Chartered Accountants in Australia.

The firm has had experience working for clients in hospitality, tourism, entertainment, assorted retail, and farm produce.  Specialised client experience include Aboriginal housing co-operatives and city chambers of commerce.
