The firm has operated in Australia since April 2003 when the Principal became a qualified Solicitor. The firm was established in Melbourne, Victoria, at that time.

Since inception, the firm has primarily handled pre-litigation, litigation and post-litigation in matters relating to both commercial and non-commercial contexts.

However, the firm has also undertaken work in other areas of practice including commercial law, administrative law (freedom of information and discrimination).
